Shipping Policy (United States Only)

We currently ship orders only within the United States (including the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii).

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or due to unforeseen carrier disruptions.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

Shipping methods and costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the products in your order. Most orders are delivered within 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the carrier and your location.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available). Please allow a few business days for tracking updates to appear.

Multiple Shipments

Because we work with third‑party suppliers who ship directly to you, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive in different packages and on different days. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for these split shipments once your order is placed.

Delays and Disclaimer

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect the actual delivery date. If we become aware of a significant delay, we will do our best to notify you and help you track or resolve the issue with the carrier.
